Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rice mill/factory ensuring smooth production.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff and workers in all departments.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production targets, quality control, and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper drying, milling, polishing, packaging, and storage of rice.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Handle procurement of raw paddy and manage logistics and supply chain.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, manpower, and inventory.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimization techniques.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate workers to improve performance and productivity.
• Liaise with upper management and provide regular updates on operations.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

• Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in rice factory operations.
