Position Summary
PAPERFLY is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive – Sales. This role is responsible for onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth in the courier and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working in a competitive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants through field visits and relationship management
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and logistics challenges
- Prepare and present tailored sales pitches to prospective merchants
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with new and existing clients
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet sales targets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business
- Monitor key account performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Handle merchant queries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management
- Share market insights and customer feedback to support product and service development
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, business development, or key account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in courier, logistics, or e-commerce industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret sales performance data
