Position Summary

PAPERFLY is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive – Sales. This role is responsible for onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth in the courier and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working in a competitive environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new merchants through field visits and relationship management


  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and logistics challenges


  • Prepare and present tailored sales pitches to prospective merchants


  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with new and existing clients


  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet sales targets


  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business


  • Monitor key account performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction


  • Handle merchant queries and resolve issues promptly


  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery


  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives


  • Submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management


  • Share market insights and customer feedback to support product and service development


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


  • Experience in sales, business development, or key account management


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in courier, logistics, or e-commerce industry


  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets


  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret sales performance data
