Position Summary

We are looking for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote Optical Fiber Cables & FMCG in local and entire domestic markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate B2B leads through networking, trade fairs, field visits, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with telecom operators, internet service providers (ISPs), and government agencies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and QC teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, client communications, and performance reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and channel partners.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in tender submissions, ensuring all technical and commercial documentation is in order.
  • Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks across key regions to increase market penetration.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast future demand, and report regularly on sales targets and achievements.
  • Handle post-sales customer engagement including complaint resolution, service coordination, and long-term client retention.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the senior management

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Classical Studies

Experience

  • At least 1 year

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing of industrial products, preferably in the optical fiber cable or telecommunication sector.
  • In-depth understanding of OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Capable of developing strategic plans and executing them effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Candidates with a technical background or familiarity with OFC cable standards and specifications will be given preference.
  • Willingness to travel frequently anywhere for client visits, trade shows, and business development activities.
  • Fluent in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.
