Position Summary

The Executive / Sr. Executive (Property Acquisition - Apartment) identifies, evaluates, and secures residential land or built-up properties for real estate development or investment portfolios. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, negotiating purchase or joint-venture terms with landowners, and navigating legal and regulatory approvals to expand the company's property pipeline.


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and source properties (apartments and commercial spaces) through.
  • Conduct outdoor activities to find potential properties, communicate with property owners/sellers and generate qualified leads.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of property acquisition strategies under supervision.
  • Explore new acquisition opportunities through market visits, networking and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners/sellers to ensure smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
  • Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to support effective acquisition planning.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records by regularly updating lead status, meeting notes, and the property pipeline in the system.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Qualifications

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in property acquisition at an organization involved in the secondary property business will have an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of real estate market trends, especially in the secondary property market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in CRM/database management.      
  • Candidates with a personal motorbike will be given preference.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Field work capability and willingness to travel regularly.



Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
