Position Summary

We are looking for some candidates for the position of Executive/ Sr. Executive- Accounts (FMCG Division)

Job Responsibilities

  • Verify rebate claims, product display bills, trade discounts, commissions, and other bills related to trade programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and processing for disbursement or adjustment against party accounts.
  • Review and process various expense claims in accordance with management-approved budgets and company policies for settlement with concerned parties.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in the verification of staff and distributor incentive claims, aligning with company policies and incentive schemes.
  • Check advertisement bills to ensure they are within approved budgets and adhere to the agreed terms and conditions with vendors.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial records
  • Verify depot-related bills in line with company policy and process them for timely disbursement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts for assigned business units.
  • Assist to prepare periodic financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas


Additional Requirements

  • Practical Experience in Microsoft word, Excel, Email correspondence & ERP software.
  • Good command over English & Bangla both in writing & speaking.
  • Report Writing and Presentation skills, Interpersonal Skill.
