Job Responsibilities

• Look after over all sewing process as per buyer standard.
• Production Executive is 100 % responsible for 5s & Housekeeping. S/He need to serious about 5s & housekeeping without any excuses.
• Fill up operator cadre list for next style layout plan before 7 days of feeding and if any operator below 75% efficiency need to plan training.
• Prepare & make training plan for “Critical to quality” & “Critical to production” processes.
• Work with pre-production team to mitigate identified risk at the PP stage.
• Make sure all bulk sewing methods, Attachments, external machineries, guides and patterns before line feeding.
• Make sure Next day input, trims & accessories before leaving and submit the report to APM.
• Ensure to start sewing as per Plan Sewing Date (PSD).
• Collect Monthly production plan & execute that with team.
• Collect Monthly Man power requirements for next month layouts from IE Department & maintain Cadre to avoid cadre short in the lines.
• Focus on 1st hour productivity & Efficiency.
• Monitor new workers through 7 DAYS follow up system (Attendance, Production, Quality & other issues).
• Monitor workers next day attendance forecast report & make next day absent balancing report with team.
• Do closing meeting with supervisors, input girls regarding next day forecast, balancing & inputs.
• Follow PO completion report & make sure daily recuts of damage quantity to fill PO.
• Collect shipment flow sheet & make sure all damage repair finished & close shipment.
• Make sure all built-in Quality processes are performing according to ISO: QMS.
• Follow up hourly production to make sure operation is running as per plan.
• Make sure to hand over garments before PED to finishing.
• Ensure RM utilization is as per plan.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
