Position Summary
The Executive, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for promoting DIPTI's professional training programs, generating student leads, maintaining relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients, and achieving enrollment targets. The role involves counseling students, conducting sales follow-ups, managing digital and offline marketing activities, organizing promotional events, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and customer engagement. The incumbent will work closely with the Business Development, Admission, and Marketing teams to increase brand awareness and course enrollments
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote BSDI’s corporate training and professional development courses to businesses and organizations.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and industry events to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, training coordinators, and key decision-makers to understand their training needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of BSDI’s training programs.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to create awareness and attract new clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and webinars to showcase BSDI’s training offerings and engage with potential clients.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
