Position Summary

The Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting the company's solar energy solutions. The role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy products and services.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and business solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term business relationships.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Experience in the solar energy, renewable energy, electrical, engineering, or related industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
