Position Summary

We are looking for the position of Executive, Microsoft Power Platform Developer - IT Department

Job Responsibilities

Application Development

Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
Build user-friendly, responsive applications for web and mobile
Customize applications based on business requirements

Business Requirement Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Translate business processes into technical solutions

Workflow Automation

Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate
Automate approvals, notifications and repetitive tasks
Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload

Data Integration

Integrate applications with:

Microsoft Dataverse

SharePoint

SQL Server

APIs / third-party systems

Ensure seamless and secure data flow across platforms

Application Testing & Deployment

Perform testing (functional, performance, UAT support)
Manage deployment across environments (Dev / Test / Prod)
Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices

Maintenance & Support

Monitor application performance and availability
Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects
Enhance and update existing applications

Security & Governance

Ensure compliance with IT governance and policies
Follow Power Platform best practices and standards

Documentation & Training

Provide end-user training and support
Maintain system documentation for audit and compliance

Required Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Additional Qualifications

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

2 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

Microsoft certifications (PL-100 / PL-400) – preferred

Technical Skills:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
Power Automate (Flows)
Power BI (basic integration preferred)
Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL
APIs, REST services, connectors
Basic knowledge of JavaScript / HTML (optional but beneficial)
