Job Responsibilities

• Execute Fabric receiving plan, Check Sales necessity, Ensure the proper Documentation for offering physical Inspection.
• Organize location, store & keep records as per SOPs.
• Ensure & evaluate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory.
• Perform fabric left-over management and maintain records in a proper manner.
• Maintain on time delivery of Fabric to cutting.
• Maintain all process of Fabric related issues to avoid material wastage & delays.
• Having strong knowledge with Excel and ERP.
• Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
• Follow up the Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
• Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
• Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).
• Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements.
• Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.
• Drive KAIZAN culture.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 26 years
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
