We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Executive IT to support the organization’s IT operations, with a strong focus on Odoo ERP software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo, basic IT troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth system operations.

• Manage, monitor, and provide day-to-day support for the organization’s Odoo ERP system.
• Handle Odoo-related user queries, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify system requirements and improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and report technical issues when necessary.
• Support Odoo data management, user access, and system-related documentation.
• Assist in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, network, and other office IT-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, software, and system-related activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors or technical teams when required.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and adherence to IT policies.
• Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP software is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and basic configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT operations, ERP support, or a similar role.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in Odoo ERP will be highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Odoo implementation, customization, or integration.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages will be an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems in a business environment.
