Position Summary

The Executive (HR & Admin) manages daily human resources and administrative workflows, supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, and attendance tracking. This role also handles office logistics, procurement of supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure a well-maintained and efficiently functioning workplace environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and preparing final settlement.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure workplace compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Conduct domestic inquiries when required and assist in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation for audits, and support HR policy implementation.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee administrative functions such as office facility management, canteen operations, and guest management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Coordinate with HR officials at the corporate office to ensure the effective facilitation and smooth execution of HR operations


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM)
Additional Qualifications

  • Age At most 30 years
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use/creation of spreadsheet and database management tools
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office
  • Having sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law
  • Experience Requirement will be relaxed for the candidates who have excellent educational record.


Education

  • Bachelor / Master Degree on HRM / Management/ related field

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
