Position Summary
We are looking for some candidates for the position of Executive- HR & Admin
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new joiners, including workstation setup and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and coordinate with the head office HR team for resolution.
- Ensure timely logistic support for new and existing staff.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized office environment.
- Oversee floor maintenance and supervise support staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Delegate responsibilities to administrative and support staff as necessary.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to all departments.
- Coordinate and handle management meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting minutes.
- Arrange internal and external events as per schedules provided by management.
- Maintain close coordination with all departments for operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and drive for process and policy improvements.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management-HRM
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Diploma in PGDHRM will get advantages.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 32 years
- Strong track record in talent management, HR operations and employee engagement.
- Capable in planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating work in a fast-changing environment.
- Must be proactive, able to work effectively under pressure and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
