Job Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all machines.
• Generated and distributed documentation records, including status reports and material requirement calculations to team members and supervisor.
• Design (with SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.), Fabricate and Interpret production machines and machine parts.
• Running of machines/equipment’s on agreed efficiencies and ensuring maximum utilization in all production Machineries/units.
• Ensure proper inventory of process machineries & spare parts.
• Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents.
• Prepare and review engineering SOP & ISO Documents as per cGMP guidelines.
• Perform & follow up the preventive maintenance of all machineries as per guideline/checklist
• Organize teams or technical personnel for planning and executing the preventive and breakdown modification maintenance of all production machines.
• To work with experts from the supplier and company engineering team during machine installation, commissioning, operation and validation

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Age 24 to 32 years

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
