Position Summary

The Executive, Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing DIPTI’s digital and omni-channel marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, increase student enrollment, and support institutional growth. The role requires expertise in digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, analytics, marketing automation, event promotion, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management

● Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

● Develop lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and audience nurturing campaigns.

● Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).

● Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance optimization.

2. Omni-Channel Marketing & Brand Promotion

● Develop and maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital and offline channels.

● Coordinate marketing activities through websites, email marketing, SMS campaigns, social media, print materials, and events.

● Ensure a seamless customer journey across all communication channels.

3. Content Development & Creative Coordination

● Create and manage marketing content including social media posts, blogs, advertisements, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional materials.

● Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to develop engaging marketing assets.

● Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with admission cycles, training schedules, and organizational priorities.

4. SEO & Website Management

● Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

● Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for organic traffic growth.

● Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for user experience and conversion optimization.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion Management

● Design and manage lead acquisition funnels from awareness to enrollment.

● Monitor lead quality, lead nurturing, and conversion performance.

● Collaborate with the Admission and Counseling Team to improve admission conversion rates.

● Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve enrollment outcomes.

6. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Monitoring

● Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

● Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

● Monitor marketing KPIs and ensure target achievement.

7. Event Marketing & Outreach

● Plan and promote seminars, workshops, webinars, job fairs, training orientations, and other institutional events.

● Coordinate promotional activities with academic departments, corporate partners, and external stakeholders.

● Manage event publicity through digital and traditional channels.

8. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

● Work closely with Business Development, Admission, Academic, and Counseling teams to align marketing objectives with organizational goals.

● Liaise with advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and service providers.

● Support collaborative initiatives that enhance institutional visibility and stakeholder engagement.

9. Brand Reputation & Community Engagement

● Monitor DIPTI’s digital presence and online reputation.

● Ensure timely responses to inquiries, comments, messages, and feedback across platforms.

● Develop community engagement initiatives through campaigns, testimonials, success stories, contests, and interactive content.

10. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

● Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, AI-driven marketing technologies, and best practices.

● Explore new marketing channels and innovative growth opportunities.

● Recommend strategic improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and institutional growth.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Qualifications

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Meta Advertising, or Marketing Automation will be considered an advantage.

Experience

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.

● Experience in education, training, or service industries will be preferred.

Technical Skills

● Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

● Meta Business Suite and Social Media Advertising.

● SEO and Content Marketing.

● Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Tools.

● CRM and Lead Management Systems.

● Data Analysis and Reporting Tools.

● Basic knowledge of graphic design and video marketing tools is an advantage.
