Position Summary

Responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the hygiene business sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service requests through phone, digital platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints by coordinating with Sales, Distribution, Quality, Brand, Supply Chain, and relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, feedback, resolution status, and recurring issues.
  • Follow up with customers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular complaint analysis, customer feedback reports, and service performance updates for management review.
  • Identify common customer pain points and share insights with relevant teams for product, service, and process improvement.
  • Support customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain professional communication standards and ensure positive customer experience in every interaction.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

  • Age At most 32 years


Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 2 years
