Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Oversee HVAC and chiller system maintenance.
• Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain generators, transformers, panels, pumps, and lighting systems.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot electrical and MEP-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure fire safety and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor utility consumption and equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Support tenant fit-out and maintenance requirements.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor related to role.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Electrical
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male
