Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of eCommerce operations (invoicing, courier, logistics).
• Handle Pathao integration and coordination for delivery.
• Create, maintain, and optimize eCommerce spreadsheets.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and order processing.
• Coordinate with courier teams for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve any invoicing, shipping, or complaint-related issues.
• Analyze sales data and optimize product listings.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends and implement strategic improvements.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiar with eCommerce platforms, invoicing, and courier services (Pathao).
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
