Position Summary

Are you a results-driven Digital Marketing Leader with a proven track record of scaling brands, generating leads, and managing high-performing teams?


Betafore is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing department, drive business growth, and oversee the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing Team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Oversee lead generation initiatives and ensure consistent growth in qualified leads and conversions.
  • Monitor advertising budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
  • Establish and maintain marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Content, Design, Development, Sales, and Management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and growth opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • BBA/MBA/ Master’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field
Additional Qualifications

Education:

  • MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms will be highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading and managing a Digital Marketing Team.
  • Prior experience in Software Companies, SaaS, IT Services, Digital Agencies, or E-commerce organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and managing high-budget digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proven record of achieving measurable growth in leads, conversions, revenue, or brand awareness through digital marketing initiatives.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: 28 to 40 years.
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Search Console, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
  • Ability to interpret complex marketing data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and highly performance-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing international clients and global marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience developing annual marketing plans, departmental budgets, and performance KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
