Position Summary

The Deputy Manager / Manager (Marketing & Sales) leads the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives to expand market share and achieve high-level revenue objectives. This role involves mentoring a high-performing team, managing key accounts, and analyzing market data to optimize promotional strategies and brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for land projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Identify potential buyers, investors and business partners.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market visits, client meetings and site presentations.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print and field-level promotions).
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies and internal teams for promotional activities.
  • Prepare marketing materials including brochures, proposals and presentations.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
  • Handle client queries, negotiations and closing of sales deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

4. Land Project Coordination

  • Work closely with land acquisition, legal and development teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during sales transactions.
  • Monitor project progress and align marketing efforts accordingly.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market surveys to identify trends, pricing and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Deputy Manager: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Manager: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in land/real estate sector will be highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of land sales, property market and documentation process.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
  • Sound understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to land.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and result-oriented mindset.
  • Authorized to negotiate within approved pricing and policy framework.
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining compliance standards.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/BBA/MBA in Marketing.

Experience

  • 8 to 12 years
