Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary AI expert and system architect to join us as a Co-Founder across a portfolio of transformative ventures. These initiatives span education, workforce platforms, social impact, and commerce, each driven by a common mission: to harness technology for sustainable, inclusive growth.

This role is not just about writing code—it's about designing and integrating intelligent systems, aggregating platforms, and leading from the front. You will co-drive strategic direction, architect end-to-end technology, and bring life to innovative ideas through AI-first thinking.

Job Responsibilities

Architect, design, and scale intelligent, secure, and modular software systems
Aggregate and integrate third-party or in-house developed applications across projects
Define and implement the AI strategy for each initiative—from automation to personalization
Lead the technology vision, product architecture, and engineering roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional founders on business-model-aligned product design
Build and guide a future tech team with the right processes and standards
Evaluate emerging technologies and lead build-vs-integrate decisions
Take ownership of platform interoperability, data pipelines, and AI service orchestration

Required Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Proven expertise in AI systems architecture, integration, and deployment
Deep understanding of full product lifecycle—from MVP to scale
Ability to integrate APIs, platforms, and third-party tools seamlessly
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic problem-solving ability

Passion for using tech to solve large-scale social or economic challenges
