Committed EduCare is seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Officer to support student engagement, lead follow-up, and business growth for its IELTS, PTE, and Study Abroad services. Fresh graduates with strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

• Communicate with prospective students and clients regarding IELTS, PTE, and Study Abroad services.
• Identify and follow up with potential clients and business leads.
• Provide accurate information about available services and study-abroad opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support sales and business development activities to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain proper records of client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure effective client service and conversion.
• Assist with promotional, outreach, and student engagement activities as required.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and AI tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Positive, professional, and target-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
