We are the leading company in Queue Management System (Queue Pro) and Kiosk based solution in the local market. We offer one stop service system, customer management services, data analysis, IT service delivery, device integration etc.


Now we are actively seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual to contribute significantly to the company's success. Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities in Government, Semi-Government, and Donor-funded projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Ministries, Departments, Agencies, and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Track government tenders (e-GP), EOIs, RFPs, and prepare competitive technical & financial proposals.
  • Promote company solutions including e-Governance platforms, automation systems, Queue Management Systems, Kiosk Solutions, and customized software development.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to develop solution concepts and project strategies.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to long-term business strategy.
  • Stay updated on public procurement rules, ICT policies, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in BBA Marketing

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • · Experience working with Government, e-Governance, or ICT projects is required.
  • · Experience in the ITES, Software, or System Integration industry will be preferred.
  • · A strong professional network within Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies will be considered an added advantage.
  • · Strong understanding of Government procurement process and e-GP system.
  • · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • · Proven experience in handling government or large enterprise accounts.
  • · Strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
