Job Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer service support.
• Monitor service quality and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of services according to brand commitments.
• Contribute to revenue generation through effective client communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.
• Stay informed on company updates and marketing initiatives.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a similar field is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary:
• BDT 20,000/month during the 3-month probation period
• BDT 25,000/month after confirmation
• Salary negotiable for candidates with relevant experience
