Job Responsibilities
- Program Management: Coordinate with the team for program management and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, from the design phase to the implementation phase.
- Research: Devise research methodology and data capture instruments, and data collection plan for projects. Conduct primary and secondary research, and focus group discussions to collect data. Articulate research reports meeting clients’ expectations.
- Business Development: Prepare project proposals, press releases, workshop/training curriculum, and any sort of communications required.
- Content Generation: Publishing articles, slide decks, concept notes, and white papers on industry practices for relevant media. Regularly prepare content based on primary and secondary data for the website and newsletter.
Qualifications
- Has superior writing abilities (equivalent to IELTS band 8).
- Previous field experience is a plus.
- Has experience in SME Entrepreneurship Development & Capacity Building
- Comfortable to travel and stay out of Dhaka for field visits
- Has experience in data collection, analysis and business report writing
- Can develop modules and conduct training sessions
- General understanding and interest in strategy and research.
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, good team player, customer service orientation.
- Good proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant analytics/data visualization packages (R, Python, Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent English and Bangla communication skills – both written and oral.
Educational qualification: BBA, MBA, CSE, CIS, SWE
Relevant Experience Required: Up to 2 years, freshers are encouraged to apply.
