Position Summary

Responsible for managing branch sales operations, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth through effective team and customer management.

Job Responsibilities

  • To achieve monthly & yearly sales target in assigned area.
  • Ensure availability of cold chain products.
  • Ensure highest level of visibility.
  • Close supervision of cold chain van puller 
  • Engagement of new cold chain outlet.
  • Engagement of targeted cold chain sales unit.
  • Coordinate with sales centers operation management.
  • Close monitoring of products movement & control any types damage/market return


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications


  • Ability to manage sales and distribution networks.
  • MS word, MS-excel
  • Communication, People management skills
  • Working knowledge on direct sales operational knowledge about markets.
  • knowledge about markets and Visual Merchandising.
  • Knowledge about distributor management.
  • Inventory Management.
  • People management
  • Willing to Work under pressure and challenging environment Relationship Building Work Prioritizing


Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • The candidate should have Graduate/ Masters in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates)

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Dairy, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO, Retail Store
