Position Summary

The Assistant Manager (Internal Audit & Compliance) evaluates an organization's financial, operational, and risk management processes to ensure full alignment with regulatory laws and internal policies. This role focuses on executing comprehensive audit programs, identifying systemic vulnerabilities, and recommending corrective actions to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare yearly/monthly audit plan as per the guidance of the supervisor
Execute audit as per monthly/yearly audit plan of the Department
Develop the checklist of vouching, bank reconciliation statements, warehouse physical verification, GB shop physical verification, Factory physical verification, impress fund, checking of the customers’ credit limit etc.
Prepare/review & ensure the quality Audit reports
Assist the supervisor for arrangement & preparation of meeting & training
Assist the supervisor for implementing the internal checking system and to ensure development of internal control
Ensure proper maintenance of related necessary records and registers
Dispatch the report to the authority regarding daily activitiesOther task as per requirement of Management.

Required Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting

Additional Qualifications

Education

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA (CC) or part-qualified or relevant professional certification will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
