BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Wholesale Banking

Job Responsibilities

upport Structuring & execution of financing transactions.
Build and maintain detailed financial models for deal structuring and evaluation.
Detailed due diligence with focus on regulatory, micro and macro risk factors.
Prepare Memos, Information Memorandums, Internal documents for senior management, board committees & relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution and regulatory compliance.
Support in documentation process & agency functions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Contribute to pipeline development through detailed analysis and marketing materials.

Required Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

Additional Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Education

Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university, degree in Finance, civil engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience

4 to 5 years
