Job Responsibilities

• Dispatch loaded vehicles as per daily operational reports and ensure proper routing to designated loading points.
• Monitor all vehicles through the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and maintain continuous communication with drivers for real-time status updates.
• Coordinate with factory operations to ensure smooth loading, unloading, and timely transportation activities, and provide regular updates to management.
• Report road accidents or any critical incidents to management immediately and support necessary liaison and follow-up activities.
• Respond promptly to calls from various departments and resolve operational issues related to drivers, helpers, and transport activities.
• Maintain accurate records of transport-related incidents, operational issues and prepare reports as and when required.
• Supervise driver activities to ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational discipline.
• Track and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing, repairs, and overall vehicle fitness.
• Coordinate with distributors and the marketing team to resolve issues related to unloading delays, delivery disruptions, and logistics coordination.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time in support of smooth operations.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Honors/Equivalent in HRM

Experience

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Paper, Transport Service, Transportation
