Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Assistant Officer (Local Procurement)”.


Job Responsibilities

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

  • Execute Procurement plan and strategies for all Procurement with best price, credit terms, quality, delivery lead time and return policies for achieving best buy.
  • Negotiate with suppliers relating to price, credit terms, quality, on time delivery and return policies for achieving best buy.
  • Ensure availability, right price, and quality in line of outcome from supply demand process.
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for marketing materials, media buys, digital services and event management.
  • Establish and maintain vendor master data of local and foreign suppliers for Procurement, supplier contact and approval of supplier enlistment to optimize total cost and for future business process in line with procurement policy.
  • To explore new suppliers and vendors to enhance the product quality & services of
  • Direct & Indirect Material Procurement.
  • Perform periodic vendor evaluation & vendor audit and take corrective actions based on this to ensure optimum performance.
  • Work closely with purchasing and procuring processes to ensure that materials and goods are procured, store and distributed as per predefined policy guidelines.
  • Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.
  • Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of internal audit related processes and procedures.
  • Cross-functional team management to provide end-to-end solutions for new products and services.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in any discipline.
