Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales to drive sales and business development for Convay in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in software sales, especially in B2B or government sectors, and a passion for technology. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and closing deals.
Job Responsibilities
Additional Requirements:
- 3–6 years of proven experience in software, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
- Experience dealing with government or large enterprise clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand software products and solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Convay within Bangladesh, particularly in the corporate and enterprise sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT heads, procurement officers, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
- Drive the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and requirement gathering to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Accounting, Marketing (Double)
