Position Summary
ACI Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Solution for its Renewable Energy Division (Hybrid Solar Inverter Business). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, designing and delivering customized energy solutions, and managing key client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing technical consultation, and ensuring effective execution of solutions within the assigned segment. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, solution-oriented thinking, and strategic sales capability.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive sales of solar inverters and panels by identifying potential customers and generating leads. Solution Design: Create customized solar solutions, including inverters and panels, based on customer needs and project specifications. Technical Support: Provide expert advice to customers on product functionality and system benefits. Proposal & Quotation: Prepare detailed proposals and pricing for customers based on their requirements. Project Coordination: Support project execution, ensuring smooth design, installation, and customer satisfaction. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to stay competitive. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales strategies and deliver effective solutions. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and meet targets consistently.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)
