Position Summary
We are looking for the position of Assistant Manager - Real Estate (Sales & Marketing)
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our product or service.
- Introducing the organization`s products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
- Responsible to achieve individual sales target.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
- Daily sales reporting to supervisor.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company`s services.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Assist management in developing and implementing sales strategies and targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Any other task assigned by Management.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Real Estate
- Independent University, Bangladesh ,North South University ,BRAC University ,East West University students will get preference
Experience
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years
- Must be Target Oriented.
- Expertise in cold call to the customers.
- Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.
- Communicates Effectively.
- Promotes Teamwork.
- Anticipates & resolve issues.
- Develops Self & Others.
- Sound knowledge about sales & marketing.
- Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support /Client Service, Marketing Research, Corporate Marketing.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Housing & Real Estate.
- Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
- Maintain marketing team.
- Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
- Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
- Must have good behavior.
