Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise embroidery production activities to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure embroidery quality meets buyer standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Supervise sampling and development work as per buyer requirements.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting of technical issues related to embroidery machines and designs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to improve performance.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or related field.

Experience

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 30 years
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
