Position Summary
Responsible for supporting employee capability development, organizing training initiatives, and enhancing workforce skills to improve business performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify capability gaps across sales, trade marketing, distribution, and frontline teams through field visits, performance data, and stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare Training Need Analysis and develop role-based capability plans for frontline employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Design and implement learning modules on sales productivity, product knowledge, outlet execution, merchandising, distributor handling, and customer engagement.
- Conduct classroom, field-based, and on-the-job training programs to improve market execution and employee performance.
- Support sales leaders in improving coaching capability, team supervision, performance follow-up, and execution discipline.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observation, feedback, and business performance indicators.
- Maintain training calendar, learning materials, capability reports, and dashboards for management review.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
- Age At most 35 years
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of FMCG/retail sales operations
- Capability to translate business KPIs (volume, distribution, coverage, call efficiency) into learning interventions
- Experience in coaching field force on selling skills, negotiation, objection handling, and customer engagement
- Ability to conduct field visits, ride-with sales teams, and identify on-ground capability gaps
Education
Experience
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
