Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI, analytics, dashboards, and automation solutions to improve distribution operations and decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze depot performance, delivery productivity, stock movement, return trends, inventory status, and operational costs through automated reporting systems.
• Build predictive and exception-based analytical tools for demand forecasting, stock optimization, expiry risk monitoring, and operational risk identification.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, depot, inventory, sales, and manpower data to generate business insights and support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare technical documentation, train users, and support continuous improvement of digital distribution systems and processes.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE

Additional Qualifications

• Age At least 25 years

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
