Job Responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing construction works at the project site to ensure quality, structural integrity, and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and verify daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, material requisitions, and measurement sheets.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a well-reputed engineering university.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of active experience in the same field within a reputed Real Estate Development company.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :

• Software Proficiency: Expert command over AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in other related structural or project management engineering software is highly desirable.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be a confident individual capable of handling site pressure and meeting deadlines.
