Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as per company objectives for Electric & Electronics products including lights, switches, and related electrical accessories
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure proper market coverage, product placement, and visibility of electrical items
• Identify new market opportunities for electrical and electronics products and develop effective sales strategies
• Monitor competitor activities in the electrical & electronics market and provide regular market intelligence
• Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and display programs for electrical accessories
• Manage distributor performance to ensure timely delivery and continuous availability of lights, switches, and related products in the market
• Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders in the electrical trade

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in sales of Lights, Switches, and Electrical Accessories.
• Valid driving License
• Minimum experience in the TSM or above role
• Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
• Knowledge on MS. Office suite
