Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all company financial records and ledgers accurately and on a regular basis.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Monitor and manage the overall financial condition of the company.
• Maintain buyer-wise financial records, including received payments, outstanding amounts, and pending dues, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Track and report which buyer owes how much money to support timely collections.
• Maintain party-wise (fabric suppliers) payment records, including payable amounts and payment status.
• Monitor, record, and control all boosting/advertising costs and ensure proper reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and statements to provide accurate, transparent, and timely information to management.
• Maintain compliance with VAT, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and provide necessary financial information when required.
• Manage and maintain overall financial records and financial activities of the company to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Support management with financial insights and information to aid decision-making.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
