Job Context

  • Be the guiding hand for the sales team, outline the staff`s training programs, develop strategies for the sales team to operate efficiently, meet with significant existing clients and potentially lucrative prospects, maintaining client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create new business ideas, develop new business relationship, generate and negotiate new income
  • Maintain long term business relationship with existing clients
  • To effectively design & implement communication & brand planning for promoting Talent Centric as the top of the HR consultancy firm to the top clients of industry & thus achieving the planned key objectives
  • Make sure that personalized services is provided to the clients, establishment of trust and non-confrontational approach is maintained by the sales team
  • Create brand value for Talent Centric Ltd.
  • Ensure accountability of sale team for their actions
  • Train, develop and enthuse the sales team to achieve the sales targets of the company
  • Follow the competitors
  • Build-up relationship with new clients & continue to look for prospective clients
  • Make sure alignment with operation department.

Education Requirements:

  • BBA/ MBA / Masters from a reputed university
  • Skills Required: Business Development,Corporate Marketing,Tele Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Business Development, Customer Support/ Client Service
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Consulting Firms

  • Age 27 to 35 years
