Job Context

  • StarCorp Ltd is inviting applications to fill the position of Manager (HR) for its Head Office at Dhaka under overall responsibility and control of the Managing Director will carry out all the assignments and other related functions for the project time to time.

Job Responsibilities

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR related activities of StarCorp Ltd, Dhaka Office efficiently.
  • Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes:
  • Recruitment, Selection, Orientation & Placement for the upcoming project.
  • Assist Head of HR to develop & implement different HR related Policies/Procedures.
  • Automated attendance, leave & HRIS management.
  • Provide support to Finance & Accounts for payroll management.
  • Performance management.
  • To lead employee training and development to drive organization towards learning culture.
  • Provide support for final settlement of staff & disciplinary action related issues.
  • The candidate should have sound HR knowledge on Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Labor Laws, Grievance Handling etc.
  • Have to visit the project with the foreigners.

Education Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from reputed University or Master degree of any discipline .

Additional Requirements:

  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • At least 5years experience in HRM. Experienced to work in any reputed Multinational company will be preferred.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR
  • Skills Required: Communication skills to interact with foreigners dealing for multiple projects.
  • Have willingness to visit StarCorp Field offices or beyond.
  • Communication skills to interact with foreigners.
  • Have good idea of staff development planning.
  • Sound in computer especially in MS Word, MS-excel, PowerPoint.
