Job Context

  • Human Resource solution and decision making and implementation

Job Responsibilities

  • Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
  • Assist in preparing Manpower budgets and present a hiring plan.
  • Manage recruitment & selection procedure.
  • Coordinate Induction program.
  • Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
  • Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software..
  • Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
  • Coordinate to arrange different Training Program.
  • Regularly keep in touch with the management to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
  • Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
  • To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
  • Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 27 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must be a good team player.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management
