Human Resource solution and decision making and implementation
Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
Assist in preparing Manpower budgets and present a hiring plan.
Manage recruitment & selection procedure.
Coordinate Induction program.
Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software..
Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
Coordinate to arrange different Training Program.
Regularly keep in touch with the management to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)
At least 5 year(s)

General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
Age at least 27 years

The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
Proficient in MS Office Package
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Good inter-personal & communication skills
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management
