Streamline and maintain Aftersales Service
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizations standard
Prepare monthly, weekly, daily reports focusing on proactive and cost-effective operations maintenance
Prepare workflow chart according to the Standard TQM and maintain the process as per organizational policy and standards

Lead the "Development and Management" of the main supply source "Associate Management"
Improve Associates relationship for achieving Associates loyalty and sourcing efficiency
Maintain rapport with existing and new associates
#Development Work:
Implement succession management policy including training and rotating positions for succession
Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
Assist Human Resource to implement Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Survey
Update job knowledge by participating in educational and professional opportunities
