Job Description

  • Maintain Store ledger as per system
  • Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items
  • Issue documents against received and issue of stock items from store.
  • Organize inspection, receive and issue of stock items as per system.
  • Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
  • Prepare bills/Good Receipt of incoming material
  • Ensure Signature on all MR, Gate pass & Challan.
  • Receive requisition slip and dispatch logistic items.
  • Physical verification of Stock & Stores.
  • Prepare the daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Prepare Gate pass, maintaining & checking register of Gate Pass.
  • Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system
  • Keep an up to date inventory of all the stock items.
  • Must have good computer skill.
  • Ensure Store & stock management.
  • Maintain good relation with colleagues
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Perform any other comparable job assigned by the immediate supervisor/Management

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Distribution, Store/ Inventory

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 28 to 35 years
