Job Description

  • Coordinating with others department, units and section heads on Human resource requirement.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection and placement of the hospital.
  • Administer HRIS (Human Resource Information System) which include providing input the data and information on joining employee separation (Resignation, Termination, Dismissal, discharge, etc.
  • Administer the staff performance appraisal review process which include preparing department wise appraisal shut summary of appraisal and submission to management for action.
  • Administering the leave management which include providing input to all clinician, doctor leave status in HRIS with proper record.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly report which include the collection of various report from HRIS, new staff joining, turnover leave, current employee status collection interview summary report summary report in interview schedule.
  • Responsible for dealing with legal matters related to labor court and its concern bodies.
  • Responsible to ensure that the provision of labor laws is properly Implemented in the hospital.
  • Responsible to work directly with BIDA (Bangladesh Investment Development Authority), BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council), BNC (Bangladesh Nursing Council) employee related matters.
  • Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.

Education Requirements:

  • Master's or Honors Degree from management or HRM.
  • Any professional degree in HRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at most 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should have sound knowledge in BIDA, BMDC and DG- Health, requirement in context of expatriate recruitment.
  • Should have professional knowledge in HRIS operation.
