A leading Manufacturing factory intends to recruit Budget Manager for its Accounts and Finance Department. Minimum 5-7 years` experience in multidisciplinary activities in RMG sector. The position will be based in Savar. Competitive salary packages (commensurate with experience and qualification) including Bonus, Group life Insurance, Hospitalization, Transport (Pick/Drop) and Provident Fund will be provided to the right candidate. Candidate will be given preference having working experiance in EPZ foregin companies.
Prepare yearly budget under consideration of different aspect like all related authorities' guideline & all internal stake holders concern of expenses in details level.
Compare/variance analysis actual Vs Budgeted monthly basis and to present explanatory report to management in presence of all stake holders.
Every time focus and manage regular expenditure in line with monthly budget phasing.
Prepare all types of report related to budgetary work along with monthly financials with existing manner or development situation.
Managing ability through direct supervision of General Ledger, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Costing department to perform team day to day activities complying process and procedure of the company.
Proactive participation through reporting in order to improvement of any process or saving approach towards any expenses.
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.
