Job Description

  • To arrange required working capital for the organization from authorizes sources.
  • To ensure maintenance of daily cash book/cash ledger and connected vouchers/documents.
  • To handle cash/cheque/DD received in connection with manpower recruitment.
  • To ensure all types of transaction (in local/foreign currency) in conformity of documents in connection with manpower recruitment.
  • To ensure timely payment of all Govt. dues, Agent/suppliers payments, Bank Installments, staff salaries, utility bills and any other payments.
  • To prevent fraud, forgery and misuse of money if there is any.
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budget of the organization and get it approved from the management.
  • To arrange internal and external audit.
  • To make payment of income Tax, VAT, Taxes etc in a planned way to avoid any types of hassles.
  • To prepare payment plan for every month at least one week ahead of payment day.
  • To finalize of monthly as well as yearly financial accounts.
  • To maintain liaison with all bank and financial institutions.
  • To arrange foreign currency as per requirement of the company/directors.
  • To maintain Directors Bank Accounts including credit card related transactions and other bank related correspondence.
  • To safeguard/safety and security of all accounts related documents including cheque books.
  • To ensure correctness of all receipt/payment vouchers and maintain chronologically and easily traceable.
  • To ensure maintenance of accounts/ledger as per law of the land and ensure its safe custody.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation statement by 1st week of next month.
  • Should have the ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by the management.

Education Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • CACC (Part 1 and 2 complete), ICMA

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts, Cash Management
