Helping to resolve customer service problems
Provide general information on products and services
Provide some level of technical support on products as required
Major in BBA/ English will be highly preferred (Educational qualification can be flexible for experience candidate)
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following business areas (s): Customer Support through Phone, Banks, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, e-commerce, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Online (web/ e-mail) Support.
Proficient/ fluent in both written and oral English & Bangla
Candidate must have typing skill in English & Bangla
Ability to manage pressure and remain calm and composed
Very comfortable with computers and software
Having awesome presentation & selling skill over phone.
