Job Description

  • Job Context

  • Provide first line customer care for inbound calls, chat and email from customers.

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer enquiries by facebook
  • Helping to resolve customer service problems
  • Provide general information on products and services
  • Provide some level of technical support on products as required

Education Requirements:

  • Major in BBA/ English will be highly preferred (Educational qualification can be flexible for experience candidate)


Additional Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following business areas (s): Customer Support through Phone, Banks, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, e-commerce, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Online (web/ e-mail) Support.
  • Proficient/ fluent in both written and oral English & Bangla
  • Candidate must have typing skill in English & Bangla
  • Listening skill
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Ability to manage pressure and remain calm and composed
  • Very comfortable with computers and software
  • Having awesome presentation & selling skill over phone.
  • Ability to work Facebook live
