Job Description

  • Coordinate information to customers browsing our websites during store discovery, order and checkout. Including after sales support
  • Perform phone conversation with customers to answer their questions, provide information and advise them
  • Must be able to handle customer over chat and emails
  • Handle special requests and complaints of customers
  • Ensure quality customer service & retention through hot-line
  • Collect and store useful data within our back end system
  • Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support through Phone
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 27 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Excellent in MS Office
  • Good Communication skill
  • Can do attitude
  • Proper Bangla accent
  • Preferably students from English Medium background
  • Can work on roster based duty
  • Knowledge on MS Office
  • Prior experience in Call Center (Added advantage)
