Job Description

  • Responsibility for Manager- HR:
  • Ensure development and implementation of HR policies & Procedure to support the company's business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
  • To continually assess and evaluate manpower planning.
  • Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
  • Monitor & Maintain Leave and Attendance.
  • Details knowledge on performance management.
  • Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc.
  • Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
  • Increase employee motivation through creative, Idea to have brighter productivity.
  • To implement all labor laws and to deal with personnel and labor matters.
  • To prepare Departmental Budget (monthly, half-yearly, yearly etc.)
  • To apply modern management methods and techniques for efficient management for the Corporation and the Enterprise through efficient personnel management.
  • Employee migration is kept to minimum on yearly basis, reduce late attendance unauthorized absence to a good company.
  • Excellent interpersonal, Communication and motivation skills.
  • Any other work as per requirement of the organization.
  • Responsibility for Manager- Compliance:
  • Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
  • Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV etc.
  • Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
  • Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
  • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
  • Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
  • To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem
  • And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.

Education Requirements:

  • The incumbent should be MBA major in HR or Masters in Management with PGDHRM will be added an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compliance, Administration, HR, Welfare, Labor Counseling
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile

Additional Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 08 years' experience in sweater, of which 3 - 4 years at the same level
  • Responsible to lead and manage all HR responsibilities of the factory
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English & able to communicate to all levels in the business and direct with customer requirements of COC etc.
  • Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Confident, independent & be able to take responsibility for the job role
